1. Dispatch & Processing
Ready-to-Wear Wigs: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Custom & Bespoke Orders: Since custom pieces are meticulously handcrafted to individual measurements, creation times vary. Estimated production times will be communicated during your consultation, and orders are dispatched immediately upon completion.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with premier global couriers (such as DHL Express and FedEx) to guarantee fast and secure delivery. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country.
3. Tracking & Insurance
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. All our shipments are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
