Brand & Manufacturing: SHINIONI is a premium brand operated by KAMI HOLDINGS LIMITED. All products are designed and handcrafted through our dedicated manufacturing facility, HAIRHOUSE 2012 LLC, located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Service Purpose: We provide high-quality natural hair wigs and hair products to customers worldwide.
2. Eligibility and Account
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Pricing and Payments
Currency: All prices are listed in EUR (€) (or as specified on the checkout page).
Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via fully licensed and compliant third-party payment processors (including major Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).
Taxes and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their respective countries.
4. Orders and Shipping

Your purchase is subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, returns are only accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, unaltered condition (lace uncut, hair unwashed, etc.).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our designated facility.

All content included on this website, including but not limited to the SHINIONI brand name, logos, custom wig designs, text, graphics, images, and proprietary craftsmanship concepts, is the exclusive property of KAMI HOLDINGS LIMITED and/or its partner manufacturing facility, HAIRHOUSE 2012 LLC. This content is protected by international copyright, unfair competition, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any website materials or brand assets is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our handcrafted wigs as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or texture will be 100% accurate. Each product is unique due to its handcrafted nature and the use of natural hair.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
